There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping, and orders over $200 are eligible for bank wire payment.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. To cancel, contact support immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for our return policy.

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Lyophilized peptides ship with cold packs where required. The shipping label shows only our logistics partner's information.
Yes, we ship to most countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that import regulations vary — it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their country's import laws. We are not liable for customs seizures.
All orders are covered by our shipment protection policy. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage claims). We will reship or refund at no charge.
Every Certificate of Analysis includes: compound identity confirmation (MS), HPLC purity percentage, molecular weight, water content (Karl Fischer), residual TFA, microbial contamination (USP <61>), heavy metals (ICP-MS for Pb, Hg, As, Cd), residual solvents, and the accreditation details of the testing laboratory.
All products listed on WholePeps have a minimum HPLC purity of 98.0%. The majority of our compounds test at 98.5–99.5%. We reject any batch that falls below 98.0% and do not list it regardless of vendor.
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at −20°C (in a laboratory freezer) for long-term storage. They can be kept at 2–8°C for short-term use. Once reconstituted in solution, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Avoid freeze-thaw cycling of reconstituted solutions.
Yes. Each COA includes the laboratory name, accreditation number, report number, and the analyst's contact information. You can contact the laboratory directly to verify report authenticity. You can also use our Batch Lookup tool on the Lab Testing page.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, intact products in original packaging. For quality disputes (purity not matching COA when independently tested), we offer a full refund or replacement regardless of return window. Contact support with your order number and your laboratory's independent test results.
COAs are downloadable directly from each product page. After purchase, they're also automatically saved to your Account Dashboard under "COA Library" with your complete order history.
You can checkout as a guest, but we strongly recommend creating an account to access your order history, COA Library, tracking, and saved products (wishlist). Accounts also unlock the WholePeps Rewards program.
